Tasting Notes :

Its color is intense violet red with some dark tones. In the nose the fruit is the protagonist, the wood accompanies in its right point, the red fruits stand out, like the plum, blackberries, with some notes of vanilla, coffee, and chocolate. 

The palate is intense, good volume and prolonged persistence,   with a very good acidity. The excellent balance between the characteristics of this variety, the terroir, and the oak make this wine elegant, complex and prolonged. It is ideal for meats, pastas, and casseroles.

Aging: 

In French oak barrels, 35% of the wine.
