Tasting Notes :

It has a deep red color with violet ruby ​​tones. On the nose, aromas of red fruits reminiscent of strawberries,   cherries and plums, some jam and vanilla. 

It is balanced, round, with sweet tannins and very   pleasant fruit finish. It is nice to enjoy alone or with pasta, meat, casseroles, and pizza.

Aging: 

For 11 months in French and American oak, 10% of the wine.
