The Blanc de Blancs 2010 vintage is 100% Chardonnay from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des   Blancs with an element also from Cumières.

Ageing:

Fermented parcel by parcel in stainless vat before ageing in bottle for at least 6 years

Tasting Notes :

A forthright attack yet round and complex, the palate opens with a vanilla touch to give way to crisp and lively flavours. The finish is long and creamy with great freshness.
